Terms of use
Last updated: 12 October 2026
Draft. This text is pending legal review and will be updated before the service launches. If the Hebrew and English versions differ, the Hebrew version prevails.
These terms apply to the use of iziflow ("the service", "we"). Using the service means you agree to them. How we use personal information is explained in the privacy policy.
1. The service
iziflow is a system for businesses to manage their WhatsApp conversations: a shared inbox for the team, roles and permissions, and AI-assisted replies. The service is in early access and may change.
2. Access and accounts
- Joining is currently by invitation only.
- Accounts are personal. Do not share your sign-in details, and tell us at once if you suspect unauthorised use.
- A business's owners and admins must turn on two-step verification.
3. Businesses and roles
Each business is managed by its owners. Owners and admins decide whom to invite and what permission to give them, and are responsible for how their team uses the service.
4. WhatsApp
- WhatsApp is connected only through Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform.
- The business agrees to follow Meta's and WhatsApp Business's terms and policies.
- Meta may restrict or block numbers at its discretion. We are not responsible for Meta's decisions.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to:
- send spam, or send advertising messages without the prior consent required by section 30A of Israel's Communications (Telecommunications and Broadcasting) Law, 5742-1982. An advertising message must be marked as advertising ("פרסומת"), and a removal request must be honoured at once;
- send unlawful, misleading or abusive content, or content that infringes others' rights;
- get around the limits of the service, of Meta or of WhatsApp;
- try to access another business's information, or harm the security of the service.
We may suspend access when we suspect a breach, to protect the service, its users and the businesses' customers.
6. The business's information
Information a business puts into the service, including information about its customers, belongs to the business. The business owns the database. It is responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and use the information, and for giving its customers the notices the law requires. We process the information on the business's behalf only, as described in the privacy policy. A data processing agreement will be signed with each business before the service launches.
7. Artificial intelligence
AI-generated replies can be wrong. The business is responsible for the settings it chooses and for content sent on its behalf.
8. Availability
The service is provided as is. During early access there is no commitment to a service level or to continuous availability. We will try to announce planned outages in advance.
9. Payment
Commercial terms, if any, will be set in a separate agreement or published in advance, before they apply.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, lost profits, or lost data arising from use of the service.
11. Ending use
You may stop using the service at any time. We may end or suspend access if these terms are breached. After that, information will be deleted or returned to the business according to the retention and deletion policy.
12. Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel have jurisdiction.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. We will notify users of any material change by e-mail before it takes effect.
